If you're a registered charity, you can use Simplyk to issue both your online and offline tax receipts, keeping track of them all in the same place.
To access all your issued receipts, head to the donation tab, and then click receipts at the bottom left of the page.
You can also create new receipts for offline donations using the "Create New Receipt" button in the top right hand corner of the page. You can then email them to donors, saving you postage costs, and allowing you can keep track of everything in one place.

In the event that you need to cancel a receipt, either for a refund or incorrect information, you can do so from the Receipt section by clicking on the red X to the right of the receipt. To generate a receipt to replace erroneous information, please indicate it on the receipt in the appropriate field.
