Your role

    Supervise our sales process, from SDR prospection to Closing and Success.
    Be the direct manager of the lead of each team (SDR, AEs, CSR) and help them implement best practices.
    Provide coaching and training to help each team to allow them to reach their targets
    Supervise recruitment closely with the CEO and team leads.
    Gather insights and work closely with the CEO and the CTO on product market fit

Your skills

    You have been a successful sales person in a startup
    You became Sales director in a tech startup
    You speak perfect english (French would be a bonus)
    You understand sales processes and reporting

    Experience in SaaS
    Experience on Hubspot
    Experience with nonprofits
    Fluency in Frenchβ€Œ
