As the Lead Customer Success, your role is to own the overall customer success function. You will be in charge of implementing success KPIs.

In Support

    Be a product expert and provide support to charities through calls, chat and managing new tickets
    Write documentation articles related to frequent questions. More generally implement strategies to save time.
    Implement processes to make sure support request are answered faster

In Success

    Onboard small nonprofits to make sure they succeed
    Nurture our 2000 nonprofit community to ensure their satisfaction and success with product
    Maximize charities' use of the product
    Understand charities' priorities and pain points to provide solutions
    Analyze charity feedback and carry it to the product team
    Create educational content to help charities meet their goals

As the lead

    Recruit 2 to 4 CSR in 2022 and 10 in 2023
    Grow the Customer Success/Support function in line with the company's projections

Your skills

    Our customers are changing the world. You are able to have a lot of empathy and care in your interactions with them
    You are a problem solver. You always find workarounds
    You have at least 2 years of CSR experience
    You have strong communications aptitudes, including writing skills
    You speak perfect English and French
